| Klinische informatie | Deze analyse dient ter opsporing van autoantilichamen tegen cytoplasmatische antigenen van humane neutrofielen.
• p-ANCA (perinucleale aankleuring op indirecte immuunfluorescentie, IIF, autoantistoffen gericht tegen myeloperoxidase, MPO) • c-ANCA (cytoplasmatische aankleuring op IIF, autoantistoffen die reageren met het antigeen proteïnase-3, PR3). Bepaling van ANCA gebeurt ikv kleine vaten vasculitiden: - Granulomateuze polyangitis (GPA, Wegener) - Eosinofiele GPA (Churg-Strauss) - Microscopische polyangitis (MPA) - Goodpasture’s syndroom (cfr ook autoantistoffen tegen de glomerulaire basalemembraan, GBM) - Polyarteritis nodosa - Idiopathische crescentische glomerulonefritis |
